The China Instrument and Control Society (CIS) was established in 1979 and is an important component of the China Association for Science and Technology. The Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Instrument and Meter Society is a comprehensive award established by the Chinese Instrument and Meter Society, approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and certified by the National Science and Technology Awards Office (registration certificate number: National Science Award Society Certificate No. 0016), aimed at the national instrument and meter field.   

The Science and Technology Award Evaluation Committee of the Chinese Instrument and Meter Society conducted strict and careful formal review, preliminary evaluation, meeting evaluation, and public announcement of the 2024 Science and Technology Award application projects in accordance with the "Science and Technology Award Measures of the Chinese Instrument and Meter Society". A total of 23 first prizes, 53 second prizes, and 21 third prizes were selected; 2 innovative teams and 8 young technology award winners; One person awarded the International Science and Technology Cooperation Award. Fangqian Technology won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award in this event. 

The project achievement that won the second prize for scientific and technological progress of the China Instrumentation Society in 2024 is named "Dual tube Adaptive Environmental Protection Supplementary Light Device and Its Application for Intelligent Transportation". It was jointly applied for by Fang Qian Technology as the project leader, Zhejiang Institute of Metrology, Qingdao Hisense Network Technology Co., Ltd., and China University of Metrology. The project achievement has been appraised by the Chinese Society of Instrumentation and Technology, and the overall achievement is at the international advanced level, with some technologies reaching the international leading level.

The Chinese Instrumentation Society, the Instrument Science and Technology Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, and the Teaching Guidance Committee for Instrument Majors in Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education held the 2024 Chinese Instrumentation Society Academic Annual Conference in Chengdu from July 28 to 31, 2024. During the conference, they commended and awarded the units and individuals who received various honorary awards of the 2024 Chinese Instrumentation Society Science and Technology Award. Zhu Guanghu, General Manager of Hangzhou Fangqian Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Institute of Metrology attended the award ceremony and received the award certificate on site.

The second prize for scientific and technological progress awarded by China Instrument and Meter Society in 2024 is not only highly recognized by the national industry society for the professionalism, progressiveness and creativity of Qianqian's technology, but also recognized and encouraged the overall comprehensive strength of Hangzhou Fangqian Technology Co., Ltd.
